Closed Captions, Please

Once again, the courts are insisting that institutions of higher learning seriously address the need to caption their videos. Although it may seem like a monumental task, it needs to happen. The litigaton with MIT and Harvard is showing this to be the case. When prioritizing your plan to caption, keep in mind that student use and public facing sites need to be addressed first.
