Leyna Bencomo Originals -- My Jewelry
I have an upcoming show at CHAC Gallery in the month of October, 2009. It is open to the public and will be an entertaining event with drink, food and music. I'm featuring statement gemstone jewelry and original jewelry and accessories boxes. There will be a few other wonderful artists including my sister Pamela Strauch who is an unbelievable quilter and fiber-artist and my husband Jack Hurney showcasing his photography and stained glass.

| Athena Festival
I will be participating in the Athena Festival this year. It is a happy gathering of artists, musicians,teachers, healers and spiritual advisors. You can buy art, hear music, get a massage, get your fortune told and take a class on meditation! It is a goddess oriented gathering but men are of course welcome and they have a wonderful time being outnumbered.
Along
with my statement and signature pieces, I will be introducing Chakra
jewelry designed in collaboration with my husband, Jack Hurney. They
allow you to carry your meditation and healing tools with you as
decorative wearable art!
